Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is one-on-one psychotherapy designed to help people with a mental disorder understand the cause of their illness and how to modify them so as to regain control of their life. Most of these are caused by dramatic life experiences such as a major illness, bereavement, job loss or a break-up / divorce. One-on-One therapy teaches individuals coping techniques and problem-solving skills.

Couples and Family Counseling

Couples counseling focuses on improving the relationship and communication between married or committed partners.  Family counseling helps create healthier family dynamics, solve family issues and understand the unique issues the family faces. Counseling provides a safe and supportive environment for couples and families to explore and address challenges, enhance their connection, and work towards a healthier and more satisfying relationship.
